Research in clinical interventions and diagnostics

Our clinical research develops and tests safer, more effective ways to diagnose and treat animal disease, from routine conditions in pets to complex musculoskeletal and metabolic disorders in horses and livestock.

Combining laboratory science with preclinical models and clinical case work, teams study bone and muscle biology, inflammation and metabolic disease, and refine anatomical and clinical pathology techniques.

This work spans medical imaging, biomaterials and implant testing, surgical advances and cancer diagnostics for dogs and cats, all aimed at turning discoveries made in our laboratories and translational unit into better outcomes for animals and the people who care for them.
